Customer Service Policy:

Purchases shipped to the United States have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items except clearance, sample, and special order items. Contact Customer Service to receive a return label and start the refund process.

Customers are responsible for return postage. Contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers to start the refund process.

Please handle all items with care and return them in the same condition as when you received them. If an item has been cut, washed, or altered, it is not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. If you receive it on a roll, please return it on the same roll to avoid damage.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of the returned items’ arrival at our facility.
